Our refund policy is as follows:
Product Cancellation costs would be a maximum of 50% of product value after initial enrollment (if product is cancelled within 2 days of access provided by PassPmp.in). Also, no product cancellation request is accepted 2 days after the product access is provided by PassPMP®.
Product upgrade and Product change requests: Any changes to the product, including upgrading the product, should be requested within 3 days of making the initial payment. However, no money can be refunded after initial payment is made.
PassPMP®, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event, or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc)
In case PassPMP® cancels an event, 100% refund will be paid to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate 7 days (or more) prior to the event, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
If a cancellation is done by a delegate within 7 days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.

Note: All refunds will be processed within 14 working days after the refund request is approved by PassPMP®.
